2023 HEIDEBRENNER is the only company in the industry in Europe that continues to intensively research and develop gas appliances. Well-known hotel and catering chains trust HEIDEBRENNER technology: Steigenberger, Robinson Clubs, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Holiday Inns and others.

Several HEIDEBRENNER gas appliances are in use at KaDeWe in Berlin alone. Well-known top restaurateurs are also successful with HEIDEBRENNER devices, e.g. B. TV chef Johann Lafer; Maitre Pierre Pfister; Delicatessen Beetle; Jurgen Gosch; List; and others. Another customer is Horst Abel, the "gastronomy king" of Mallorca. Many device users speak of their HEIDEBRENNER as a matter of course. The manufacturer has succeeded in making the brand name a generic term.


In 2013, HEIDEBRENNER broke the record for the production of the largest paella pan in Germany: On June 1, 2013, Germany's star chefs cooked from 500 kilograms of rice, 1,000 kilograms of chicken meat, 1,030 kilograms of vegetables and 50 liters of olive oil at the 'Fairy Fiesta' in Berlin Germany's largest paella in front of thousands of enthusiastic visitors in a huge, seven meter pan. In 2019, the company's headquarters will be relocated to Neumünster and new warehouses will be acquired.

HEIDEBRENNER is working intensively on standardizing its wide range of products in order to be able to meet the high demand. At the same time, the company offers every customer the option of having a device designed according to their individual wishes. This service is unique on the German market and reflects the high service orientation of the brand.

2000 - 2010

2005 saw the dawn of a new era for HEIDEBRENNER. The company renews and modifies its product range. It opens up to Europe and the rest of the world. With its new orientation, HEIDEBRENNER established the brand in Russia in 2007 as high quality, creative and innovative. At the same time, HEIDEBRENNER begins the large-scale production of induction devices. The sale of HEIDEBRENNER products is expanded to 3,500 specialist dealers in Germany, Europe and overseas. The company and its team are now represented with its product range at every well-known European gastronomy trade fair.

1990 - 2000

In order to be able to meet the increased demand, a new factory was built in Klausdorf/Schwentinental near Kiel in 1994, where qualified employees use the most modern machines to develop and build high-quality equipment for professional use in gastronomy and canteen kitchens. In almost every bakery and confectionery in Germany, HEIDEBRENNER is represented with at least one stove. All gas crêpes devices from German production come from the Klausdorf factory. A large proportion of the gas stoves used in Asian restaurants were also produced in Klausdorf.

1980 - 1990

With the "short-time cooking" developed by HEIDEBRENNER, a new trend with interesting growth rates was created: Particularly powerful gas burners cook high-quality food at high heat in an extremely short time. You can taste the success: Everything has bite; the vitamins, nutrients and colors of the food are retained.

1970 to 1980

In the 1960s and 1970s, HEIDEBRENNER took part in the economic boom and expanded rapidly. After several moves in Kiel, a new building was built in Raisdorf in 1971.

1948 - 1970

On October 1, 1948, master locksmith Alfred Heidemann registered a “permanent trade” in Kiel. The inventor went through the war-ravaged city repairing gas stoves and turning two damaged stoves into one working one. After three years, the first vehicle to be purchased was a "Tempo three-wheeler delivery van". Alfred Heidemann was a pioneer and an entrepreneur who was constantly looking for new market niches, which he also found in the area of ​​gas appliances for commercial enterprises. From then on he developed and manufactured gas appliances and burners that were used for cooking, roasting, grilling and keeping food hot in catering, butcher shops, bakeries and confectioneries.
