Poffertjes are a typical Dutch pastry, which was originally a festive treat at the fair. Poffertjes are now increasingly becoming a popular specialty. HEIDEBRENNER offers you a Poffertjes gas appliance with an output of 5.8 kW, the tubular burner heats the cast iron baking plate, with which you can bake 100 Poffertjes at once. The device is 520 mm wide, 640 mm deep and 295 mm high.
