Adana Kebap is a traditional Turkish dish that has its origin in the city of Adana. It is a spicy minced meat skewer made from lamb or beef (often a mixture of both). The meat is finely chopped and mixed with a special spice mixture, usually containing paprika, cumin, onions and garlic. Sometimes chopped chili peppers are added to give the kebap a spicy note.
