Our HEIDEBRENNER cast pans are made of special gray cast iron and have a diameter of up to 850 mm and a height of up to 140 mm. The possible uses are extremely varied and they are suitable for any type of catering, butcher's shops, party services, fairground shops and much more. The advantages of a cast iron pan are manifold, heat is stored very well and thus energy is saved, searing is also perfect in these pans, everything becomes crispy.
