If you have any problems with a HEIDEBRENNER device, we will work with you in any case to find a quick solution together with you; we have a large network of service and trading partners in Germany and Europe, so we can help you at any location, if necessary also via remote service.
In case of technical problems with a HEIDEBRENNER DEVICE, please first contact the company / partner who sold you the device. If the company / partner cannot solve the problem immediately, he will contact us directly; we then work out a solution with him. You don't have to do anything else.
