Heidebrenner presented a 3-zone gas-lava stone grill specially made for the event, which can be operated with hydrogen. This was characterized by a precise temperature control and a rapid heating of the grill, which led to impressive results in the preparation.

Culinary masterpieces with TV chef Stefan Opgen-Rhein
Renowned TV chef Stefan Opgen-Rhein and his team used the power of the Heidebrenner lava stone grill to prepare delicious dishes on site. Under the motto “Bratwurst from the hydrogen grill”, the precise temperature control and easy operation of the grill resulted in culinary masterpieces, such as roulades and zucchini, which were not only tasty but also visually convincing thanks to the V-grids used.

In a short interview after the event, TV chef Stefan Opgen-Rhein spoke enthusiastically about the performance of the lava stone grill. Precise temperature control and rapid heating have convinced the team, and they plan to use the Heidebrenner Grill at future events as well.
