State-of-the-art canteen kitchen technology: the Heidebrenner electric and gas grills have up to 6 different heating zones/device widths and 7 different depths for each device category.

Each grill is available in freestanding, tabletop or built-in versions, with many available in outdoor and indoor versions. All canteen kitchen appliances have a modular structure: In order to use the available space optimally, restaurateurs need grills with several different storage and heating options so that you can prepare as many dishes as possible in the smallest space in a relatively short time. Ideally, you can use the device for different applications without the hassle of converting or switching to another device. Accordingly, gas grills and electric grills can be equipped with a base cabinet, plate rack and an etagere and 3 support levels. Different heating zones can be covered with different grill pads, grates and skewers. If necessary, the grills can be upgraded or converted quickly and without tools. Easy to pull out from the inside of the device allows cleaning and maintenance of the canteen kitchen devices within a few minutes.
