Tell us something about your restaurant, please. How big is the restaurant, what specialities do you offer, how do you prepare them and who are your customers?

We are an Asian buffet restaurant with about 450 seats. In our restaurant we offer Chinese, Thai, Mongolian, Vietnamese and Japanese dishes.

What do your customers particularly appreciate about you?

Our customers especially appreciate our grilled ingredients from our Heidebrenner frying plate.

How did you get the information that you can buy a catering appliance from Heidebrenner? How did you come to Heidebrenner (internet?, recommendation?, industry directory?)

We have been customers of Heidebrenner since the first opening day of our restaurant. We have already bought several grills from Heidebrenner and probably came across the equipment and the company via the Internet.

When did you buy which Heidebrenner device? Can you describe the purchase process?

We bought our last device in October / November. The purchase data of the other grills are no longer available. However, there are at least three grills that we have owned here since our opening in 2013 at our location in Hanau.

Why did you buy the device? Did you already know that you need this device or was a specific device recommended to you by the Heidebrenner staff?

We initially had grills with a length of about 140cm. For the last appliance, we opted for a larger version, as a frying pan. It now has a length of approx. 160cm and thus helps us to prepare several dishes for our guests during peak times.

What did you particularly notice during the consultation? Did you feel well advised by Heidebrenner?

Yes, our contact person was able to advise us well and even made us a special offer for the frying pan. We were offered a new exhibit, which resulted in this offer.

 

Did everything go well from the order to the delivery of the device? Was the device delivered ready to connect?

Yes, everything worked well and the device was delivered ready to connect.

What did you particularly notice when buying from Heidebrenner (service mentality? Expertise? Fast processing?. . . )?

What we particularly liked was the good and uncomplicated communication with Heidebrenner. We also liked the competence of the staff.

How do you use the device in day-to-day business?

We grill meat, fish and vegetables in Teppanyaki style for our guests on our Heidebrenner griddle.

 

What advantages does the Heideburner machine offer you in your day-to-day business in terms of power, speed, quantity of food that can be prepared at the same time?

The advantage of the grills and now the frying pan is the power and speed that the appliances possess. On the one hand, the devices heat up very quickly, so that they are quickly ready for use. On the other hand, the Heidebrenner devices have an enormous performance. Despite this performance and the temperatures that the devices can reach, the handling is also very easy. With our new frying pan, the advantage is the size and thus the grill surface. The length of 160cm allows us to prepare several dishes at the same time and quickly on one machine during peak times.

Can you describe an example from practice (preparing food e. g. in the context of a celebration / large event) where you have benefited from the advantages of the device?

Every Saturday evening our restaurant is almost fully booked. Even with almost 450 guests, it is enough to use only the large frying pan and with it alone quickly finish our dishes and be able to accommodate 450 guests. The temperature regulation of the appliances helps us, which, like the handling of the frying pan, is very simple and very helpful in such situations.

What feedback do you get from your employees and customers regarding the work result they achieve with the device? Are employees and customers satisfied with the food prepared on the Heidebrenner machine?

The feedback is exclusively positive. The guests like the food, which is prepared with the Heidebrenner-Bratplate, and the staff are also very satisfied with the appliance due to the ease of use.

 

Have you ever had problems with your device? What can you say about the processing, cleaning and maintenance of the device? Is cleaning and maintenance straightforward? What impression do you have of the workmanship of the device?

Cleaning the pan is very simple and uncomplicated. Currently, the gas tap of a zone is no longer fully functional, but also there the communication with Heidebrenner is good and they did everything to help us quickly and to deliver the corresponding spare part as soon as possible.

You have certainly been able to gain a lot of experience with different catering equipment. To what extent is the Heidebrenner device different from these? Why should you choose a Heideburner device and not a device from another manufacturer?

The advantages for companies and restaurants are the fast availability of equipment and spare parts and the competent service at Heidebrenner. Many other manufacturers come from abroad and are therefore not available as quickly as Heidebrenner and can therefore not help as quickly as Heidebrenner in case of problems.

 

Would you decide to buy from Heidebrenner again? And can you briefly summarize why you would buy from Heidebrenner again?

Yes, I would decide again for a Heidebrenner device due to the above mentioned points.

Would you like to say anything else about the product or heather burner in general?

No, everything has already been said. We would just like to emphasize once again that we are very satisfied with the devices of the company Heidebrenner.
