Delivery & Shipping Costs

Parcels

We supply spare parts and accessories up to 30 kg in packages

Worldwide delivery is made with DPD, FEDEX or TNT under the following conditions (shipping and packaging):

• Germany: 15 €
• Europe: 30 €
• Outside Europe: costs on request

Palettes

We supply equipment and large-area accessories via pallets. The price depends on the size of the goods and your location, starting with a small pallet at 125 € (shipping and packaging), up to an extra-large pallet and 450 € (shipping and packaging). The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.

Delivery

The delivery times specified for the respective product group apply. If no delivery times are specified, they can be requested via the customer service.

Since we work with modular devices that allow a high degree of individualization and preconfigure the devices specifically for you according to yourwishes, it can take 3-4 weeks until the goods are ready for dispatch. When purchasing equipment, you should always take this lead time into account. Stock goods that enable immediate delivery will be marked accordingly in the online shop .
