Description

Einbau-Gasbratplatte "SHIKOKU-900"

Hard chrome plated steel frying plate fully welded, 15 mm thick,
rear exhaust chimney.
Rinse at the front with grease drain.
Removable splash protection included

A GN container or drawer for grease collection is not included and must be individually planned by the customer for the respective installation environment.

Tube group burner with thermoelectric ignition protection and ignition burner (pilot flame).
Electric ignition with button in the control panel. If no power connection is available, we offer a manual piezo ignition as an alternative.

Each heating zone is equipped with a temperature controlled gas valve (gas thermostat).
A plate temperature between approx. 120 and 320° C can be selected via the control gags (levels 1 to 8).

Basic equipment (please specify deviations):
- Position of the gas connection at the gallery tube: left
- adjusted for use with 20 mbar NATURAL GAS

Option:
Customer specifies which mounting frame is desired.
