Description

Gas Teppanyaki-Bratplatte "OKINAVA-750"

Hard chrome plated steel frying plate fully welded, 15 mm thick,
rear exhaust chimney.
Front gutter for fat drainage,
bottom collection container
Removable splash protection included

Tube group burner with thermoelectric ignition protection and ignition burner (pilot flame).

Electric ignition with button in the control panel. If no power connection is available, we offer a manual piezo ignition as an alternative.

Each heating zone is equipped with a temperature controlled gas valve (gas thermostat).
A plate temperature between approx. 120 and 320° C can be selected via the control gags (levels 1 to 8).

Basic equipment (please specify deviations):
- Position of the gas connection at the gallery tube: left
- adjusted for use with 20 mbar NATURAL GAS
