Description

Gas Teppanyaki-Bratplatte "TANEGA-750"

Hard chromed steel frying plate fully welded, 20 mm thick
rear exhaust chimney
Gully at the front with 2 grease flows left and right
2 x extendable GN storage containers included
Removable splash protection included

Tube group burner with thermoelectric ignition protection and ignition burner (pilot flame).
Electric ignition with buttons in the control panel. If no power connection is available, we offer a manual piezo ignition as an alternative.

Each heating zone is equipped with a temperature controlled gas valve (gas thermostat). A plate temperature between approx. 120 and 320° C can be selected via the control gags (levels 1 to 8).

Substructure:
- 3-sided closed to the ground floor
- open at the front
- 4 x adjustable feet
- back wall retracted by approx. 50 mm --> enough space for gas and electricity connection also available when wall mounting

Basic equipment (please specify deviations):
- Position of the gas connection at the gallery tube: left
- adjusted for use with 20 mbar NATURAL GAS
