Cast iron cooking grates (standard)
alternatively closed multi-roaster attachments available.
The heating takes place through direct contact of the heating elements with the grids/roasters.

The device can be used either as a water or as a lava stone grill.
Use as a water grill:- Water inlet with button,
temperature-controlled refill/water circulation via time relay- Water drain for connection to sewage system
Lava stones and removable lava stone containers are included for use as a lava grill.
