Description

Induction wok range "SICHUAN-750"

Each hotplate with a Ø 300 mm CERAN® wok cuvette in a raised stainless steel ring.

PLEASE NOTE THE SUITABLE WOK PANS!! The 300 mm wok glasses are designed for 1-serving pans with a curved base and a diameter of approx. 360 mm. If you do not use suitable Heidebrenner pans, please contact us before use if in doubt.

Smooth standard top plate (without water bath function)

The total connected load of the device is throttled slightly (24 --> 21 kW) *).
This presetting of the integrated energy optimization enables the device to be operated with a CEE 32A 400V~ 3L+N+PE, 6h connector plug. A throttling only takes place when all 3 heating zones are operated (almost) at full power and is therefore hardly relevant in practice.
Please let us know if you do not want this presetting / activation of the energy management.
