Description

Gas Mongolian grill "ERDENET"

Massive oval steel top plate made of special heat-resistant steel, approx. 30 mm thick.

Plus a surrounding 200 mm (standard value) lowered fat collection channel or plate shelf --> total diameter of the device: 2000mm (design and size of the plate shelf in consultation).

Removable fat collection container (GN container).

All heating zones with Vario burner, thermoelectric ignition safety device and pilot burner (pilot flame).

Electrical ignition with buttons on the control panel. If no power connection is available, we offer a manual piezo ignition as an alternative.

Each heating zone is equipped with a temperature-controlled gas valve (gas thermostat).
A plate temperature between approx. 120 and 320° C can be selected using the control knob (levels 1 to 8).

The substructure is made entirely of CNS steel and is accessible for maintenance purposes via various service flaps.
