Description

Induction wok station "3 x 400 mm + 2 x hob glass"

Recessed worktop for water bath around the cooking zones (water inlet nozzles in the top plate and drain with strainer included)

3 x 16 kW zone with Ø 400 mm CERAN® wok glass, mounted in elevated stainless steel ring.

2 x 5 kW hob glass 360 x 360 mm

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE SUITABLE WOK PANS!!
The 400 mm wok glasses are for 1-portion pans with a curved base and a diameter of approx. 490 mm.
If you do not use suitable Heidebrenner pans, please contact us before use if in doubt.

Power control with stepless, digital toggle control and status light
Connection cable, 2 m long

Water inlet nozzles are available for filling the recessed top plate with water;
Control via manual inlet valve in the control panel.

50 mm rear upstand

Substructure:
