Description

Induction wok station "3x400"

Recessed worktop for water bath around the cooking zones (water drain with strainer included)

Each zone with Ø 400 mm CERAN® wok glass, mounted in elevated stainless steel ring.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE SUITABLE WOK PANS!! The 400 mm wok glasses are for 1-portion pans with a curved base and a diameter of approx. 490 mm. If you do not use suitable Heidebrenner pans, please contact us before use if in doubt.

Power control with stepless, digital toggle control and status light
Connection cable, 2 m long

Water inlet nozzles are available for filling the recessed top plate with water;
Control via manual inlet valve in the control panel.

50 mm rear upstand
Main material: CNS 18/10, 1.4301

Substructure:
- closed on three sides,
- open at the front
- height-adjustable feet.

Additional options available at additional cost:
- Rear wall (if necessary with additional attachement for GN inserts);
